For TikTok's stand at The Town Festival, the assignment was to create a VIP space for guests with a privileged view of the event's main stage. The program included space for a kitchen, catering, bathrooms, bar, interview room, small stage for small presentations and a seating area, both open and covered, to watch the shows, all in an area of just 100m² on the ground floor.
To accommodate everything, the solution was to divide the space into 3 levels, positioning the vertical circulation at the back of the land and freeing up the facade for access and an unobstructed view of the stage. The 3rd level, the rooftop, was chosen as the privileged area for staying, with almost its entire floor plan open for free use. A small grandstand and a raised platform were incorporated, providing more comfort and versatility in the possible uses of the space.
Since the space would have restricted access to guests, it was also necessary to think about how the stand would interface with the general public, so that there could be communication and interaction with the brand. To this end, a large LED screen in vertical smartphone format was designed, following the standard orientation of the TikTok application, where both commercial and customized content could be projected, as was the case with the action that displayed song lyrics in real time. during Ludmilla's show. On the ground floor, a small "bubble" was also included where guest influencers sporadically presented themselves to the public present, who used to concentrate at the front of the stand trying to locate their favorite TikTokers among the guests present.
